VIA X Buyer Protection

Once collection is confirmed, you can report a problem with your purchase within the Buyer Protection period shown in the app.

  1. Describe the problem.

    Open your purchase, select the relevant reason, describe the problem and add clear photos.

  2. The seller can respond.

    The seller is given a deadline to respond. If they do not respond in time, the purchase price is refunded to you.

  3. We review the information.

    If the seller responds, our team reviews the information from both sides and decides whether to release or refund the payment.

We are reviewing the claim

We are reviewing all the information and will email you if we have any questions.

Our decision concerns the release or refund of payment within VIA X. Statutory claims between the parties remain unaffected and may be pursued independently of this process.

Identity verified.

All sellers and drivers on VIA X must verify their identity with an identity document. You complete verification directly in the app.

  1. Photograph your ID.

    Photograph the front and back of your national ID card and enter the bank account for your payouts.

  2. Stripe checks your details.

    Our payment service provider Stripe checks your identity through Stripe Connect.

  3. Sell and offer to take people or items.

    Once verified, you can sell and offer to take people or items with you. You also receive VIAS for completing verification.
